All common digital audio formats can be processed: mp3, mp4, wav, dss, wma, ogg, etc. Or analogue formats, such as cassettes or tapes, can be digitized before transcription.

We research technical terms and proper names for every transcript we produce. Careful transcription is just as much a part of our service as a thorough final spell-checking.
If a phrase is not immediately audible - we listen carefully one more time and one more and one more.
We treat your audio files and data confidentially
The data transmission is done via a server located in Germany, which can also be password-protected on request. We are open to other methods of data transmission, for example via your institute's own server or an encrypted USB-stick, sent by mail.
Your personal audio data will be deleted from our server 4 weeks after the transcript has been created.
If you require a confidentiality agreement or a data processing agreement, we are glad to sign.

Google robots cannot read video and audio content and have to rely on the metadata provided. If you enrich your website, online shop or blog with videos or podcasts, it is therefore often worth having the content additionally transcribed, as only the written word of audio files or videos creates content that can be used by search engines. Don't give away potential keywords, make the most of your videos or podcasts. We are happy to advise you.
Looking for a transcription? It is that simple:
1.) If you are interested in having your audio material transcribed by us, you can send a non-binding enquiry by filling out the contact form and uploading your audio file or an audio sample to our server. Here you can find our
transcription variants and prices.
2.) You will receive an e-mail from us with a binding offer.
3.) If you wish to accept our offer, please confirm our order by e-mail. This creates a contract. We will send you a link to your personal upload area via e-mail and, if requested, a password for the data transfer via mail. There you have the option of uploading the complete audio file, if you have not already done so.
4.) We put your audio file to paper according to your wishes. Possible formats include docx, rtf, xlsx or odt. Your requested format is not listed here? Please do not hesitate to contact us. We will find a solution.
5.) We will send you the transcript via e-mail, password-protected if wished. For larger orders with several audio files, we will successively send you completed transcripts. Once the transcription work has been completed, you will receive an invoice from us according to the agreed terms.
